A little about myself: I'm 22, I work full-time as a Medical Assistant at a cardiologist office, I'm an aunt, I have an amazing supportive boyfriend of 6 1/2 years... When we first started dating I weighed 125lbs, and over the last 6 years, I had gained almost 60lbs (yuck!)! Since July 2009 to December, I lost 30lbs..And my goal is to lose another 25-30lbs. My goal weight is 130lbs, and then I'll see from there if I want to get back down to 125lbs. Also, I must mention that I'm a "pescetarian" - which is a vegetarian who eats fish..
My motivation: My first real motivation was signing up for the Breat Cancer 3-Day walk! We walked a TON getting ready for the 60 mile adventure. Since that was over in November, I had really slacked off on my exercising, but still continued to watch what I ate and maintained my weight. Now, I'm starting training for my first half marathon, which was going to be in March, but it probably wont be for a few more months. So, now that I have that for my goal, I'm motivated to get exercising again!
